Flashing Rulers

Rulers available in 6 inch and 12 inch with flashing feature

The 6 inch animation ruler is available in several stock animations.  As you move the ruler it appears to have a movement in the animated area of the ruler.  The 6” ruler actually is 7 3/16” X 2 7/16” and provides an imprintable area of 2 3/4” X 1 3/4”.  In the minimum quantity of 100 the 6” animated ruler with your custom imprint is $ 2.48 each.  Also there is a plate charge of $ 38.
