Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection.  It is NOT ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

Our Beef Jerky is made from premium natural grass fed cattle, raised without subtheraputhic antibiotics.  Our beef comes from cattleman using the latest livestock handling and processing technologies to assure consumers that they will receive consistent and most importantly the safest products on the market.

Our Ostrich Jerky is 100% natural.  The ostriches are raised on a free range environment on natural foods.  No growth promoting hormones or antibiotics are used.  It is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol, than chicken, turkey or beef while equal in iron and protein.

Our Turkey Jerky is made from fresh solid turkey breast from free-range, hormone-free turkey.  No artificial stimulants are ever used.

Our Buffalo Jerky meat contains no antibiotics or growth stimulants.  The Buffalo are grass fed only, and that means you get only the best all natural quality Buffalo meat.  Nutritionally, Buffalo is a superior choice.  It is a red meat that is lower in fat and cholestrol than skinless chicken, higher in iron and protein than beef and contains an optimum balance of Omega 3’s and Omega 6’s.

Our Venison Jerky is made from deer that have been raised on the natural farmlands of New Zealand, without hormones or steeroids.  It is certified Cervena - the brand name that stands for consistent premiium quality from pasture to product.
